Kaikoura Court sits every six weeks, and Gary Sawyer or one of our staff litigation solicitors (Kent or Laurie) travels there to see clients.

If you usually deal with another lawyer within Gascoigne Wicks, and prefer they do your legal work, you can give instructions to whoever is in Kaikoura on the day, and the work will be passed on to your normal solicitor.
Documentation which has been prepared for clients is also often taken down to Kaikoura by whoever is rostered on that day, for signature. This saves clients having to travel to Blenheim.
On the days when Gary or one of the other litigators is in Kaikoura, they are able to attend to appointments after Court finishes about 1.30 pm. The PGG Wrightson staff will be aware of this and make the appointments accordingly.
