After moving to Blenheim in 1988 to be closer to his wife’s family, Brian became a Partner at Gascoigne Wicks in 1989. Brian has extensive litigation experience having made many appearances in the District and High Courts, Environmental Court as well as a range of tribunals. Brian also served as President of the Marlborough District Law Society in 1994 and 1995. In recent years he has moved into the area of estate planning and the establishment of trusts.

Brian is a father of three and enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Gail are travel enthusiasts and have been to multiple countries across Asia, South America and the Middle East.
